Newbies, Podcast Host

Newbies is looking for a new podcast host! This podcast is focused on new moms right after having their baby- so we are looking to hire a mom with younger kids who can better relate to our audience. Experience in the healthcare industry helpful, but not mandatory. Also, bonus points if you already have your own podcast! You can be located anywhere in the United States. Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection and be able to record in a quiet environment.

Responsibilities include…

  • Planning with episode topics
  • Finding experts and everyday “parents” to participate in each episode
  • Writing scripts and interview questions
  • Hosting/moderating each episode
  • Recording commercial spots and promos, as needed.

This is an ongoing position. We have already released 41 episodes, and would like to record at least 50-60 more episodes within the next year- don’t worry, we bulk record šŸ™‚ You will receive $50 per completed episode, payable at the end of each month.

Parents On Demand, Podcast Scout

Our network is looking for a podcast scout to help us discover shows that are a good fit for our network. You must be a podcast enthusiast and/or have your own podcast. You can be located anywhere in the United States. Must have an outgoing, fun personality and be a “people person”. You also need to be extremely organized and have experience with Google Docs and Slack. You’ll need a reliable computer with high-speed internet access.

Responsibilities include…

  • Researching/finding podcasts who are a good fit for our network.
  • Emailing with podcasters to see if they want to sign-up for a free 3-month trial.
  • Following-up with podcasters who expressed an interested, but never signed up.
  • Using Google docsĀ to keep track of podcasts focused on parents- keep list updated.
  • Communicating with network team members to help with theĀ onboarding process.

This is an ongoing position. The schedule is very flexible. You will be paid per qualified lead and you will receive a $50 bonus each time a podcast you discovered becomes a paying member.
